Literally a piece of paradise, this ancient abbey is now famous all over the world because of its winery awarded with the gold medal. There you can taste some of their selected wines and typical appetizers, all with an unforgettable visit to their cellar where you can enjoy the scent of their artisan oak barrels produced in the department of Allier. Not to be missed for guests visiting this part of Sicily. The Madonie Mountains are dotted with picturesque hill towns. Perhaps the most beautiful of all is Castelbuono. After a walk in the idyllic historic center, also famous for the majestic Castle dedicated to Sant'Anna, you can enjoy the delicious products of the famous pastry chef Fiasconaro for free.
