The space used for the collection of garbage is located inside the Villa. Please close the bags well, in order to avoid the leakage of any waste. The waste must be displayed in front of your house number from 06:00 to 08:30 according to the established calendar, or the day before 22:00, in containers or separate bags for waste category. Diapers and diapers, placed inside special bags, will be withdrawn every day. At check-out it is recommended not to leave garbage in the house. Once the containers are emptied, please return them to the house. Thank you for your cooperation.

The tenant must report to the owner within two hours of the delivery of the keys the observations relating to the cleaning of the accommodation and within 48 hours any defects of the property, of the furnishings including the appliances, in the absence of signalling, any defects and discrepancies are presumed known and considered irrelevant.


For the good continuation of your holiday, we strongly recommend the use of outdoor showers, to remove at least the sand from the foot on the way back from the beach. This recommendation is intended to avoid filling the shower drain and fill the house with sand.

                                                                            The refrigerators inside the house are already set at a temperature that meets any customer need. An eventual increase in power would not bring to any benefit. Please do not tamper with this approach.

In order to raise awareness of the protection of our planet, we advise you to turn off the air conditioner when you are not at home. Please note that water can only be used for health purposes.

Regole per la piscina


Being a private pool there are no hours to use it. The only rule we impose on you is the use of SHOW before entering the pool to protect your personal hygiene. Every two days a manager will go to the Villa for everything related to the maintenance of the pool. It is forbidden to shout and music from 13:00 to 16:00 and after 23:00.

In the impossibility, for various reasons in handing over the keys to a manager, there is the possibility to leave the keys above the external table, so as to give the customer the right to leave at any time by 10:00 am.
We remind you not to leave SPAZZATURA inside the house.
